I accept this journey that my soul chose to be on, in this body, in this time, with my whole heart

I thank you for the opportunity to Be alive, doing what I said I was going to do - learning to Be.

Hashem, I ask for support to feel all that needs to be felt, transmuted, and alchemized in this human experience I am having alongside humans I love so much

Please support me through my human experience to remember that I am not my feelings and to steward my energy in a way that supports my body and soul, and those around me to feel more of you. To remember that my challenges are reminders and opportunities to connect with you. To have gratitude for all that is. To open my heart
