The beginning of the day here in Rome was full of writing, meditating, conversation with God, and my own inner travels. We can only take our clients and love our clients as deep as we are willing to look inside and love ourselves.

While Chani and Rochel (chief of nourishment and retreat executive assistant) are being driven around town, shopping all the best kosher food that Italy has to offer, I was creating the vessel.

The deeper and wider the container, the deeper the unraveling and becoming gets to be.

I choose extraordinary. I choose brave. I choose simple presence.

And to choose those things... I need space. Time. To create my vessel. To be with myself. To sleep, take care of my body.

Inflammation of the mind and body calms in the face of love. But it also needs space and time to come up and out, burn a little at the surface, and move through the field.

I'm here for it. This is my job.

To be myself.

After that, I met Chani and Rochel, sat outside for a quick coffee, and did more writing as they finished shopping.

We stopped at the most gorgeous farmers market and bought the freshest produce all together, and made hilarious (we think) comedic videos that we can't wait to watch in 20 years lol. The best thing about all 3 of us is that we really each think we are really funny 😂

I had the first pizza I've had in close to 11 years (I eat very little processed food and no dairy and gluten generally... but many have told me the food is a much higher quality in Italy... and I feel great!). It was delicious and I enjoyed every bite.

Now, we are being driven on a 3 hour drive to the countryside, van full of food, and beautiful things to make our retreat and this experience for all the women so stunning... inside and out.

We are laughing, resting, listening to music (I'm also crying lol... but of course).

We have plenty of time to make the space ready for the women joining, in a way that is pleasurable for us all.

Ease is in this frequency. Not because there are no challenges in the frequency of freedom... but because we choose to receive life with ease. Over and over and over again. Only always. Never not.
