Every single day, you and me, we have the opportunity to be an emissary of God. A channel for the infinite light of the Creator.

When we choose to ask God this question before doing anything else: What would you have me do, what would you have me say, and who would you have me be—and then follow up on that assignment.

When we choose to place our faith in faith, instead of placing our faith in fear. When we choose to believe in infinite possibilities.

When we choose to believe in more than we can "see" right now.

When we choose to broaden our vision.

When we choose love for ourselves and others instead of blame and shame. When we choose to see ourselves and others for who we really are: powerful, creators, so human, so divine.

When we choose to teach our nervous system who we really are. When we learn to align at the level of our identity, and take our Soma (bodies) along. That is coherence.

When we choose to equally honor our humanity and divinity. To feel what we feel and really honor those feelings, and to know that we are FEELING the feeling, and it is not who we are, in our essence.

To steward our energy with intention, to move energy that wants to be moved, to take response-ability for how we move, be, feel, interact.

To choose to love ourselves. To choose no drama and more peace. To choose the paths of least resistance. To have range, to feel it all. To play, to sing, to have fun, to be free.

When we choose to love ourselves. Honoring. Loving. Tending. The earth and the cosmos and the people get nourished with as much reverence as we have for our own vessel, home, body, spirit, space.

When we choose to pray with all of our hearts. When we choose to cry. When we choose to refuse to box the infinite into something that limits it. When we choose to not limit any possibilities for ourselves and others.

When we care way more about our vision, and individual journey, message, and soul assignment than what anyone else's limited perception of themselves projected on us means about our belonging. We belong We Belong We Belong.

To ourselves, to God, to Love, and to the whole entire universe.

The light of the creator wants to channel through each of us. In its own way, in its own flavor of the divine.

Our job is to receive it: By healing trauma By opening By remembering who we are And by being the light we receive and shining it out So others can receive it too.
