Have you spent time in your life trying to be careful? Careful with your words, careful with your presence, careful not to take up "too much space." Pushing down your soul that wants to shine, and also your human that has desires, longing, needs.

Perhaps you learned to dim yourself so others would feel comfortable? You learned to soften your needs because maybe that is what your society deemed holy, or acceptable. Maybe that would be your ticket to belonging?

What if you can know beyond a shadow of doubt that God tells you in each breath you take: "you belong to me no matter what, whatever you do, whatever happens?" What if you would be that face, that voice and permission for others, just by Being, because you believe that in your whole heart for yourself?

When you choose to believe this, your energy becomes a tuning fork and you create an intentional, beautiful inner world.

Because your authenticity is not hurting anyone, even if it bumps up against what they have repressed inside of them. Your voice is not a burden. Your presence is not "too much."

The world is not harmed by your light - it is healed by it.

The fear you feel is old. And now if you choose, you can lay it down and trust your inner voice.

You are allowed to shine, and stretch, and fly.

When you express yourself honestly, when you receive fully, when you allow your desires that might be bigger or different than what others around you until then have allowed for themselves - you are not taking anything from God's infinite supply.

You are creating integration in the resonance field, inviting parts that may have been exiled because of the power and permission that they hold back into the flow. Integration is not about perfection, it's about wholeness. All parts getting to breathe. You are creating space, connection, breath, a restoration of balance.

Every time you confidently honor who you really are, and hold reverence for the role you play here, you become a clearer vessel.

Let yourself BE. Let yourself be seen, in whatever way is your path. Let your heart speak without editing. Your get to be you.

Your light does not dim others - it awakens them. This world has an infinite amount of space for all of everything to exist.
