There’s a way I choose to move through the world that really supports me - and I want to share that possibility with you:

I find that most people make changes when something is not going right.

Businesses, families, finances, systems, personal growth, health and wellness, relationships -

Most people live by the philosophy “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”

Most people choose to make big changes when a big sign comes, when they are “forced” to react

Finances dipped
Relationships are challenged
There is a big wake up call

A possibility in the universe that I live by, that I want to offer to you is: Why not evaluate and make shifts when things are going well?

These are times you can hear your heart and soul clearly - and you can choose to respond instead of react - which is an amazing place to make decisions from.

I do this all the time around all different topics - what does my heart and soul want me to follow next?

Then - I have one job. To follow it. Even if it doesn’t yet make sense to my mind.

Sometimes that means making a shift in a business,, location, relationship dynamics. Changing systems in business even when things are flowing.

Someone asked me the other day… how do you hear your inner voice?

I said: it’s the same as building muscle, or learning a skill, or honing a talent or god- given gift:

Practice.

There are 3 practices I do daily

1. Hitbodedut - conversations with God
2. Prayer
3. Cheshbon Hanefesh -
   A daily honest inventory and check in around things like: Health, relationships, Movement, finances, connection, nature, and connection to God

These practices support me in connecting to my heart, soul and Hashem (God)

So I can hear the subtle messages and respond by making the moves

So I don’t need to react, and I can hear the whispers in the wind, of what is next - and I can respond from there.

The practices support me practically in feeling a lot of peace in my life.

Because if I sense something subtle can use my eyes on it, or some support - I get to make that happen for myself, and then continue to flow on my souls journey.

Involving God, and my soul in work, life, everyday living has proven to support a most beautiful life for myself and for every human I know who chooses to make intimacy with Hashem a priority.

When the dream, the mission, the purpose, the drive is all One thing: connection with Hashem, our inner fire and our souls - we are always, always successful.

We make choices from that place. We listen deeply and receive answers.
