Integration of our inner and outer travels does not only take place after a big experience. Like a retreat, a relational rupture and repair, a loss, a large victory or "breakthrough", though those are so special and an important and part of life.

Integration takes place in our daily lives, inside of both the mundane and the magic, and inside of the inside of the everyday experience of Being ourselves.

Here are some recent stories of integration for you...because evidence is one of the greatest quantum technologies that exist:

T, a Rabbi I worked with a few years ago shared that he is so much more accepting of individuals in his congregation, because he is so much more accepting of his own scattered, fragmented parts of himself.

He told me, "since our work together, every day, I learn what it means to love the parts of me I've exiled, and inside of that, I learn how to lead, how to love, how to be humbled in front of Hashems children."

A woman in our community held the most rock solid faith, while allowing herself to feel supported and held in sisterhood, while also allowing herself to feel the full spectrum of her human emotions all at the same time when facing really shocking challenging news - when in the past she would have responded, received, and believed very differently. (She also received the miracle she was praying for... but the miracle came even before the good news... the miracle was her embodied faith and deep allowing of receiving)

A beautiful mother of a large family had a radical, lasting shift into so much health, from a really challenging eating disorder diagnosis and symptoms that came with that.

This challenge has lasted for so many years with many treatments that were so frustrating to her and her loved ones, and the freedom she is experiencing is priceless.

She is now thriving in her health and vitality for close to 2 years since, feeling her full spectrum of feelings was suppressed in a way that feels safe to her now, receiving nourishment from food and other sources of love, and also began a new business in the past few months which already has a steady stream of income, good energy, and success!

My 1:1 client realized that she could feel loneliness without reaching for relational dynamics that she loses her Self inside of. She is finding true connection slowly more everyday, from the place of connecting with her most essential and beautiful Self - and allowing it to nourish her and not deplete her. True Abundance!

A husband and wife who were on the brink of divorce 2 years ago, Just had their miracle baby, born from love, into love, and most of all to 2 parents who are embracing both their own, and each other's humanity and divinity.

A man shared with me that he finally sat down and allowed himself to cry, to feel the pain he was holding and he feels humbled, more connected to God, and more free. He committed to feel what he feels when he feels it, even though his conditioning tells him not to.

Mushka, a powerful, beautiful soul, and participant in both the retreat and 1:1 work shared some more of her integration last week on Instagram. She shared how each of the gifts she has allowed to herself is a gift that keeps on giving. I cried reading what she wrote because she is truly, truly embodying what she is writing:

"I've decided to allow myself to feel the entire spectrum of my human emotions, without attaching my identity to it"

"I've chosen to believe I can grow through joy and pleasure and not just challenge and pain"

"I have given myself express permission to be both big and small, light and dark, a masterpiece and a work in progress and be loved in all iterations of me."

I worked with a principal of a school 4 years ago. For the past years since learning to meet all the parts of herself, and invite them home inside, she now tells her hundreds of students in the girls school on the first day of school this:

"Girls,' I am so happy you are here, this year, in our school, we are going to choose to meet you all first and foremost where you are at."

B, another amazing woman shared that when she gives her babies a bath, she looks into their eyes now. She feels more tender, human, true. She knows that each touch is precious. She said her home is in a different frequency now, not because motherhood is easier, it's incredibly challenging, and she is in the thick of it - but because she is in a different energy. She is receiving energy from God, allowing herself to be supported, opening up to letting more and more love both in and out, and allowing herself to feel what she feels when she feels it.

A woman in our community allowed herself to treat herself to a massage just because she desired it, when historically, she felt she had to earn pleasure and relaxation.

A woman who has come to the retreat now makes herself lunch every day, buys herself flowers, and sits with herself and Hashem each morning, before doing anything else.

For her, that was the whole miracle.

But that is not all, her husband, witnessing her growth, decided to join her where she was, as he is peeling off his masks, they are joining together in the most breathtaking dance I have ever seen.

A really special woman told me so many incredible beautiful gifts she is receiving from this work, and since the retreat. I will just share a few here because there were so many:

"food tastes better now" "I truly feel empowered now and like my voice matters" "I can finally receive my husband in much bigger ways" "I can bring myself back to my body in moments of overwhelm with breath, presence, and awareness" "Now I KNOW in my bones Hashem has been here all along" "Synchronocities and miracles are showing up all over"

A man who was estranged from his son for many years, had a miraculous reunion with him filled with grief, forgiveness, love, and hope.

A very successful busy woman who I work with, who has many opportunities for wealth, accolades, and lots of external success, but was feeling empty on the inside shared with me this week that she is brimming with fullness, from her state of Being, not from anything she does.

She shared how the thing she was most afraid of - doing no-thing, Being No-thing... is actually the most liberating, deeply peaceful place for her to be.

She told me: "to remember that I am an ordinary, extraordinary, simple, and wonderful soul is my medicine. Thank you."

Whether we are ecstatic or resistant to it... or somewhere in between,

Every single night, we go to sleep And every single morning, we wake up with our selves, with our inner Being

The Truest victories are often the ones found inside of (as Ram Dass said) "The privacy of our own hearts"

The abundance and integration is always found in those moments in between, hidden away in regular, not regular at all, casual, wild, ordinary, life.

One of the most epic joys and most moving parts of my life is witnessing the integration and life of the humans I love. It's the moments of seeing embodiment in form that fills me with awe. I am constantly humbled by the people I get to witness. When being being alongside them learning to rest into their becoming, I have so much reverence for the magnitude of their spirits, and the beauty of their Being. The simple moments that are not so simple. Every single day of my life I have the opportunity to be in the presence of miracles. These miracles are not only the days after a session, retreat, or experience - but for weeks and months and years later. That is when integration takes place - Inside of the Insides of our lives and Selves.
