You are allowed to hold a new frequency that a past version of you wouldn't recognize. You are allowed to create new access points to the divine and new ways of moving through the world. You are allowed to have the kind of standards and boundaries and desires that a person might have who didn't go through all that your past self had to go through. You are allowed to start again, proud, head tall, shoulders straight, heart full. You are allowed to shine. You are allowed to live. You are allowed to be well.

You are allowed to change, to grow, to transform, to become. You are allowed to be happy and joyous. You are allowed to celebrate life and receive more than you ever thought possible. A past version of yourself may have only known the trauma vortex, which is a narrow opening. The field of expansion, impact, and LIFE that you are entering is a completely different frequency. It is an infinite space in which to receive. You are allowed to leave the vortex of trauma and enter the field of infinity. At any time, at any moment you choose, you are allowed to choose You, to choose life, to choose grace, and to choose possibility.

It is allowed, and more than possible, to honor all that was, is, and will be AND embrace the possibilities in the universe.

You are allowed to learn about your power. To feel ALL your feelings. To become connected — with yourself, others, nature, the cosmos. You are allowed to drink from the elixir of goodness that is in this life on planet Earth. You are allowed to remember your infinite soul. You are allowed to enjoy and take pleasure from this body you are in. You are allowed to pray any which way you want to. You are allowed to break the rules and constructs of your mind and society and start over. At any moment, you are allowed to begin again. You are allowed to unsubscribe to the rules and limiting beliefs that feel binding to the freedom of your spirit.

You are allowed to take up space in this world. To share and be a steward of goodness. To impact as many people as you desire! To express and emote. You are allowed to rest, deeply into the moment. You are allowed to remember who you are and why you are here. You are allowed to let go of anything from the past that doesn't serve you. You are allowed to embody a frequency your past self will need to get acquainted with. A frequency a past version of you may not even know he/she had the capacity to imagine. You are allowed to throw away any roadmap that is someone else's. You are allowed to follow your heart and soul and the light of Hashem all the way back home.

I woke up this morning to the sunrise from my bedroom window.

I put on my robe and went to the porch to watch creation dancing. To watch Hashem paint the sky on the porch of the new home I've lived in for just a little over 1 week.

When I finished watching the sunrise, I saw some messages on my phone from quite a few people telling me they are printing out some of these older writings to take with them into Rosh Hashana, so I decided to combine the old with the new and reshare this permission writing from over a year ago with this morning's art. All art in this post originated in Hashem!!!
