Life is way, way bigger and grander than your healing journey. Let's live a little? (Or a lot?!?!) Perfectionism is way overrated and fun is way underrated. Life is way too short and precious to spend time in healing work that doesn't create more aliveness, creative expression and presence.

There are so many ways to heal that don't include always processing your trauma. Laughter, fashion, lunch, and fun. Creativity, expression, presence, quiet grief, prayer, song, love, friendship, being alone... As someone who hosts healing circles I'm here to share that there are MANY more ways to heal and be with life than healing circles.

There are so many paths to choose from if your healing journey includes endless ruminating and an increase of suffering. Here is an invitation to find yourself a new journey.

The healing that I choose to engage with in my life and with my clients is to create more space to live and create and express our souls; to enjoy and be present to life while we are alive; to create a life beyond our wildest dreams. I've checked out of every other "healing industry."

I'm bored and tired of healing becoming another avenue where people are shaming and fixing and contorting themselves. Where the addiction becomes healing the root of the addiction in a never ending loop.

I'm not here for loops. I am not here for circling. I'm here for spiraling upwards and onwards. Learning to experience life through the lens of my heart, soul, and most vital Self.

I'm not your healer. I'm not anyone's healer. I am my own healer (with God) modeling (if you choose to take me up on it:) how to take life into my own hands. How to walk with God. How to reclaim reverence for my soul. How to love myself, express myself, love others, and how to be who I am in this life. How to be brave and empowered, how to be unafraid of my feelings, how to live, as fully alive as I can. If the "healing" is not supporting those things, I don't want it.

Living my life from this place is heaven on earth. Not a utopian, perfectionism, feeding an illusion that doesn't actually exist kind of heaven on earth. But a real life, in real time ceremony with life. A creation of life as art. An experience of life in full color. An embrace of messiness, and humanity, shadows, mistakes and fun, moments of joy, and the greatest new stories I have ever known.

I want this for everyone, and you don't need to work with me, or anyone to have it. You just need to allow yourself to allow the reframes around healing to change your life.

Let's heal to live, heal by living, heal for living, live while we are alive, perfectly imperfect, breathing. Everything in this lifetime is finite. Your soul will always be healing and growing. Striving and dancing. This life will end. May as well wear a good outfit. Take an extra nap. Forgive yourself. Go on an adventure. Take your dreams seriously. And slow down and be with what is real, and what is Now.
