I used to be shy. And then I realized that my expression wasn't about me - it was about the way the creator wanted to move through me. It was bigger than me. So I decided to live Permission-less. I became Permission - embodied.

And that is when things started to overflow. It wasn't a "giving myself permission"... it was and continues to be a daily, a moment to moment choice - to BE permission.

I have learned to feel my feelings instead of becoming my feelings. In that, lies all the power that I have ever given away.

You and I have so much more power than we will ever know with our minds. Yet we know it, truly know it, when we go inside. To the true, true insides. Our state of Being is the only thing that we genuinely create from. The universe responds to prayers that are embodied.

The good news is that we can decide in any moment to start again. To choose to connect to who we really are. We can choose our identity, our feelings, our perspectives. We can choose to put our power back where it belongs... inside of us.

My deepest desire in this world is for you to see God in your body, in your visceral reality, in your field, your world, your heart, your SELF. To me, that IS redemption. That is abundance. That is who we are.
