I am back home in my toasty house, cozy on the couch, with the tea kettle going, after a long way home from Italy. Our flight got canceled last night and Chani and I had an extra morning in Rome before heading back home. It's so nice to be back here

My eyes well with tears as I begin to gather the feelings and energy within me into words that can possibly describe an experience so infinite, so beautiful, so vast, so tender, so joy filled, and so wild.

This retreat was beyond what anyone can possibly imagine with their mind.

My heart feels filled with a new kind of song, one that I'm settling into the rhythm of.

I will share as it all wants to move through me.

I have SO much to share with you all.

For now I will share how I feel with the words of this song:
