I've created a psychedelic space without psychedelics—where the only thing you ingest, digest, alchemize, and metabolize is you.

You are the medicine. And when you understand that, not intellectually but viscerally, and with all of your soul—you become the most powerful human to exist.

The Journey

Medicine Without Medicine is a 6-hour journey I've dreamed up using breathwork, bodywork, hypnotherapy, the Renegotiation Method (a way of organizing around healing that I've created), quantum healing, uninhibited expression, music, community, frequency and coherence healing, and a whole lot of soul.

Real Transformation

I've been getting some of the most profound feedback from these ceremonies. From women who freed up so much energy and space for abundance in their lives. From women whose lives were transformed by these journeys. Because they chose to lean in, to become the medicine. To move energy. To allow it to work deeply, profoundly, fully.

It's a dream come true to create a body of work that actually is so effective for people, that moves the needle for them in taking back their empowerment, their agency, their lives, hearts, and souls.

This experience is designed to create real healing on the level of the soma, spirit and psyche.

Things only shift at the level of our consciousness, at the level of what our subconscious allows. When we can truly clear density, truly feel God and our hearts, we can create from a place that is so real and true inside.

We can never think or "mindset work" ourselves into a new paradigm.

The sweet spot in this work is to clear what isn't truly us while remembering who we truly are simultaneously. When we only focus on the soul we can be spiritually bypassing our very real grief, pain, and sorrow. But when we only focus on the pain, we can be bypassing our even more real soul.

I've created this experience with precision so all the parts inside have time to be seen, heard, expressed so that real power has the time and space and permission to land.

I am known to say: this work works every time. And I mean it. It's the truth. 100 percent success rate. Not because I wave a magic wand... nope! Because you are the magic, and you choose to create that for yourself.

I combined both my love, gifts and skill in understanding the nervous system, the subconscious, the language of somatic healing, therapy, music, the psyche, the spirit world and the resonance field with my deep, deep, unabiding love for humans.

I've created something I feel so proud of, an experience where you discover God in your body, where you discover more agency and energy you ever thought possible, where you embody your soul, and where you learn to feel, deeply, without apologies or abandon.

God blesses this space. I know that with every fiber of my being. Every time we drop into the ceremony, the presence of the Creator is there. And I just watch in awe as it "works every time."
