Capacity is very little about how much you can achieve. It's about how much you can hold, allow, steward, be a vessel for.
How much truth can you hold? How much love, beauty, creativity, and aliveness can you let in? Can you hold a thriving business, a deeply connected relationship, a bigger vision, without carrying it all as heaviness? Can you stay present in the flow of your own life? This is the work of capacity.
Capacity is built by working with our nervous system on the level of body, spirit, psyche, and identity, so we can live from the version of ourselves that has energy, availability, allowance for life. The version of us that lives from soul, loving and embracing what it means to be a soul in a body, having a human experience.
Through The Method, you'll learn how to return to yourself and your soul, in every moment, including those of stress, fear, and uncertainty, instead of being led by them. Not once. Thousands of times. Because a beautiful life isn't created only by extraordinary moments; it's created by our capacity to fully receive the ordinary ones too.
This is a rare, intimate, in-person experience, and this one won't happen again for some time. Men, women, and couples are welcome to come learn, experience, and walk away with real tools to bring more capacity to your business, your leadership, your relationships, and your own quality of life, and to hold that capacity for the people you support too: your clients, your team, your family, your children.
We'll have delicious breakfast and lunch with our chef Ayna Maradova, serving up her original style alongside the nourishment you already know and love. Chani Frankel will be with us too, holding space in a supportive role. There's an optional business and abundance dinner add-on Sunday evening, for anyone who wants that deeper conversation.
